How to install Outlook2OneNote?

I have been trying - in vain - to install this PowerToy into Outlook so that
I can send e-mails to OneNote.

However, after installation, neither the icon nor the menu option appears
anywhere. I have Frames.net running on this computer (at least it appears in
Add/Remove Programs listing as being installed).

This function is sorely missed. Can anyone help?

You need to be running Outlook 2003. Are you?

Yes, that is a very troublesome one to install...

google search for outlook to onenote fix registry or something like that

i saw a fix awhile back... but can't remember it right now

Won't help much if you're not running Outlook 2003.
