How to install Project 2003 Server on a Windows 2000 Server?

I just bought Project 2003 Server. As far as I can tell,
Microsoft says that Project 2003 server is compatible
with Windows 2000 Server, which is what I am running.

As I was getting ready to install Project 2003 server on
my Windows 2000 server, I realized that Project 2003
requires Windows Sharepoint Services. However, Windows
Sharepoint Services can only be installed on a Windows
2003 server. Any idea what I should do to install
Project 2003 server on my Windows 2000 server?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I think you need to be running Windows Server 2003 to install Project Server. As you said, it requires WSS and that will only run on Server 2003.

If you want to use SharePoint, you'll need to upgrade the OS. If you're
willing to forego the SharePoint stuff, you're good to go.
