How to install Project Server 1007 (Trial)

I just download Project Server 2007 (Trial), bbut I don't know how to install it. It is a ProjectServer.img file. How do you install a img file?

You need to use a DVD/CD burning tool like ISOburner or similar.

Much easier than burning a CD image
One tip: move the iso image to the machine on which you want to access it.
You must install the tool on each machine as well.

Note, this is an unsupported tool from Microsoft, there are other providers
out there. Search on Virtual CD ROM.

Does it mean I need to use a dedicated PC just for Project Server? Will
installation wipe out other data on the driver?

I'm not sure I understand your question. The Virtual CD tool simply
eliminates the need to burn the image to a CD.

I tried to burn it to CD. I use ROXIO. I chose Burn Image. However, when I
try to select the img file, I cannot find it, because it doesn't support it.
It support files like *.iso, but not *.img. Does it work if I change the
extension from .img to .iso and burn it to CD?

BVM:

I don't know what's going on for you, and I haven't played with this
particular image myself. I never liked Roxio, and always use NERO, but I
don't know if that makes a difference.
