How to Integrate Office 2007 Service Pack 1

How to integrate Office 2007 Service Pack 1 into source, i know the update
folder method, but its take more space and time.

Is there a way to 'truly' integration method?

You install the service pack by running
"office2007sp1-kb936982-fullfile-en-us.exe" after downloading it. It takes
care of any integration issues.

its not the solution, if i have to format my pc thn? have to setup and run
service pack again and again.

i want to make a CD/DVD with sp3 integrated
