Hello
I am a student and purchased a copy of the Academic Edition of Microsoft
Office 2003 Pro about 6 months ago. I installed it on 2 desktops that I
have at home and 1 laptop that I use at school, and all was well.
I recently replaced one of my aging desktops with a new one and tried to
install Office on it. I received an error message to the effect that I had
run out of licenses. I assumed that to mean that I can only install the
Academic Edition on 3 computers.
Has anyone run into this problem ? Do you know how I could invalidate the
license on my old desktop (which I am about to give away), so that I could
install the software on the new desktop ?
Thank you in advance for your response.
