how to keep a hyperlink at the same spot on each subsequent page

I understand the concept of creating the form field on the first page and
making it into a bookmark, then inserting the bookmark in the subsequent
pages so the same info comes up automatically on each page. However, as text
is being entered into the first page, it is pushing the hyperlink that was
placed on the second page down. I want the hyperlinks that were created on
the first page to stay on the top of each subsequent page, as it is
information that needs to identify each page, such as a name. I hope this
is question isn't too muddy!

It sounds as if you should put your information in a header and that way it
will stay put.
