how to keep color font of envelope text when printing

When printing an enveloppe created using Word enveloppe and mailings template, text prints a mix of red and black. Letter prints out normally

Went through trouble-shooting options, checked font color options, printer settings, but to no avail

If you have any knowledge about this problem, I will appreciate any help
