How to keep location for Insert Picture from File?

Hi,

I want to insert some pictures from file. I know how to set the default
location for pictures in de Options dialog. My question is, when I browse to
another directory in the dialog for inserting picture, is it possible to keep
that location, so that the dialog next time comes up with that location?

Hi Henk

What I see in Word is this. I set the default location for pictures to
Folder A. Insert > Picture from File. I see Folder A and I insert a picture.
Now, I repeat Insert > Picture from File, and I navigate to Folder B and
insert a picture from there. Third time round, Insert > Picture from File
and I see Folder B.

If that's not working for you, I'd suggest adding the folder you're
interested in to the Places Bar, which is the thick grey bar on the left of
the File > Open and similar dialog boxes. See

I don't see what you see. Perhaps you've a newer version of Word? I'm using
Word 2000.
