I have two org charts I help maintain. When I run the Org Chart Wizard, I
need to specify several dozen pages in the last step; one for most (but not
all) supervisors with varying number of subordinate levels (varying from 1 to
all). The second org chart is similar, but uses a different file, fields, and
pages.
If I use the wizard on the same file over and over, all is well; the
settings are retained. But if I have to switch back and forth, (and I do)
then I have to enter all those settings over again.
Is there a way to save a copy of the file that stores the settings for
file, fields, pages, etc (one copy for each file layout) and reload the
necessary file depending on the layout I wish to re-create?
