How to keep Reviewing toolbar from appearing?

Once the Reviewing toolbar is used for one document it appears for all new or
opened Word documents. I don't want to see it unless I choose to.

Go to MSWord toolbar: click on View
Click on Toolbar from drop down list.
Unclick Reviewing.
