How to keep two webpages, with the same address ?

I have a situation ..using FP2002.
using my webpage to promote a workshop with actual details
www.hairextensions.co.nz/training.htm
However I would l like to have a backup page to replace this page when there
is no training courses being held.
eg....simply have the same web address but hold basic outline information on
courses but without a future date and venue, enviting those who might be
interested in contacting us.
At the same time keeping my original training page for future use and being
able to swop.

Any suggestions on the most simplist way of doing this.
Changing the name of the address...swoping the address names...ie training
.....training1
How would I go about doing this ?

Looking forward to your suggestions

Most elegant way would be to keep the page with the actual details up
permanently, and turning on server-based forwarding to the "nothing at
this time!" page for the times that you want it. Meaning, that when
there are no courses, anybody going to the training.htm page would be
instantly forwarded to the other page. That way you could keep the
original page up and online for directories, search engines and
bookmarking, and you would be confused about which one is the current
training.htm and which one is the training.bak (which was my first
solution for your problem)

.... and you would NOT be confused...geez. I blame Outlook Express for
that omission.

Or make two versions of "index.htm(l), and publish the version you want.
I would create index.htm then using windows explorer make a copy called
index-active.htm. Go back to FP and redo the page for no workshop times and
then save it as index-off.htm. Personally I'd use ftp to send the one I
required to the server and rename it index.htm or index.html (what ever your
server wants), depends how comfortable you are with ftp
