How to know a user role in a Project Addin?

Hi,
i used the COM Add-in Template for Microsoft Office Project 2003, but i
need to validade/verify if a user belongs to a defined user group or
not on Project Server 2003. I see on MSDN a IsInRole() function but
there isn't sample code available. Any help?
