how to know the difference value of a cell from previous value.

1. In January'2007 (B2,C2) the status of the report is (C6:I6). 2. The
status (C6:I6) will change every month. But the Total (B6) never change. 3.
In February'2007 (B2,C2) the status is different than January'2007. 4. I
want to display difference status from January to February in the
following range of C7:I7.

If you've got your January values in C6:I6, put your February values in
C7:I7, and then the January to February difference in C can be obtained
using the formula =C7-C6, and copy the formula across to cover through to I.
