Language Bar user

My PC is running on Windows XP with Office 2003. I have setup the Japanese
language on 'Revional and language Option' panel. However after all the setup
and
checking I do not see the language bar being activated on my PC desktop.

Appreciate some guide on how to trouble shoot this problem.

Firstly try pushing down on the Shift and Alt buttons on the left side of
your keyboard. At the same time, sorry maybe pushing isn't the correct name
for it, but do it at the same time. This is the default settings to change
your keyboard functions, and it usually will make the language bar show up
somewhere if not near your clock on the taskbar at least on the desktop
itself.

If you do this and it shows up then right click and goto properties for the
language bar, or just right click and goto "Restore Language Bar"

Hope it helps,
Jon
