How to limit the new page size?

I am trying to do the same thing i do with Adobe GoLive when I can open a
link in a new page with different sizes to show only the text or the text and
product like at Tigerdirect.com when you click on one of the product hotspot
hyperlinks and a new small window pops up to allow you to look at the item
and it also has a close button on it. Does FP2K3 do this or am I just
overlooking the capabilities?

It'll do 2 half cups too...perfect for quick morning thing...I don't drink much more than that anyway.
