how to link a pdf document into my website

OK. I am sure this has a really easy answer, but I am just not getting it on
my own. I would like to take a PDF document that I have and place a link to
it on my website so my visitors can download the document directly from my
website... how do i do this with my site? I am using publisher for my
site... do I just Hyperlink it?
any help would be great.

I am new to this but I would like to know the answer to this question cause I
am having the same problem. How do you link a PDF file to your web page? I
use Publisher 2003.
