How to link a shape in on visio-web to another Visio-web?

Hi,
I first save a visio sheet as web page.
then I link one of the shapes in another visio to the first visio web page -
and save also the second visio as web page.

In other words - the final result should be one weblink to another (where
both pages originated from two separate visio files.)

I can't get this to work - seems like a bug?
