How to link a specific page of a Visio Document in Word

I have a multiple page project document I created in Visio and I need to link
several of its pages into a MS Word document for a project plan document. If
I Insert the file, it only displays the last page I created and I can't
change that behavior. The Office help explains that it is possible to link to
a specific page or drawing but it doesn't explain how.

Please help.
