How to link a table to a form

I'm brand new with Access. I've made a simple table with Name, Phone, email,
company. What is the next step I do to create a form that links to the table
so that when I enter info into the form, it'll show up on the table?
I see it in all the templates Microsoft supplies but I don't need it that
technical. In those templates provided there also is that option to click on
the ID number and it pops up a details box/form to enter the info in...how do
I create that link to auto open the form? HELP!

I'm still confused. I'm using 2007. I used the wizard. Where is the option to
link the table to the form? Is it in the properties box?
I followed the steps on the website but it doesn't specify how to set the
link. HELP!

It is the record source for the form. Select the form, not a control and
check the properties for record source.
