How to link a text form field to next few pages?

How do I link a text form field that's on the first page of a six page
document so the when the content is added to the text form field on the first
page, it will show up in the text form field on each subsequent page?

you don't want to use a second form field for duplicated information.

Instead, in the area where you want the information to be (the second time)

1. Press SHIFT+F8 to put some curley brackets in place and in between them
type

"REF (Your Field Name Here)"

So if you have a field that is named "Total" and you want to have the total
show up elsewhere in the document just:

{REF Total}
