How to link documents in different projects?

Gentlemen

I have several projects and I understand that Project creates a new site for
each project in Sharepoint server. My question is how can I create a document
library that all the projects could see to link documents at task level?

For instance, I have two projects A and B with a task TaskA in project A and
TaskB in project B.
How can I link the same document to both tasks?

Best Regards

Hi Marcos

from what I understood from your posting, you need to upload the document to
the public_documents site, which is available to all project server users and
to all projects as well.

Yes, but how can I link those documents in a task (the tasks only see the
document folder at their own project)?

I can upload documentA in the public folder and all the projects could see
it but what we want is to link this document in a task. When I try to link a
document to a task, the procedure only allows to link (show in a combo) the
project folder created at the project site (and the public document is at
another site in Sharepoint).

Does I missing somenthing here?

Thanks
Marcos
