How to link Tables

I have a large Word document containing many tables some of which I want to
lineg "see below" to link to the table in question,

Can anyone help please?

You can bookmark the table (or to, say, a caption below or above the table)
and then insert a cross-reference to the page number where the bookmark
resides.
