how to link to issues and risks

Hi,
We just migrated from PS 2003 to PS 2007. We happened to delete a couple of
projects from the published database and tried to re-publish it with a new
workspace. The projects had some risks and issues associated with it...I see
them in the database(Sharepoint DB which also migrated from PS 2003 to 2007).
The new project got created in the projectserver_content database. When I
goto the new workspace..I do not see any risks and issues. Is there a way to
migrate these contents or attach them back to the projects ? I have the
data..but don't know how to get it to the right link...
