If this sounds strange, its because it is. I would like to make a link that
links to text within the same email. The problem is that I want to do it in a
signature. I have tried using word as editor and saving the file in RTF and
HTML. But when I choose the signature in question the links that I am trying
to use starts up another window and tries to start up an http:/// even though
the link is referring to text that is written inside the signature. All
outside link reffering to web adresses works perfectly. I have tried using
both hyperlinks and internal crossreferences. But nothing seems to work. Do
any of you guys have the solution?
I am using Outlook 2003 SP3. And the reason is that in our customer service
department we get a lot of FAQ questions by phone. We want to send the FAQ,
not as a document but as a signature so that our employees can choose
different signatures whether its private or company customers. Here is an
example:
------------------------------------email
----------------------------------------
1. How to ........ (Links to text1 )
2. When do I -....... (Links to text2)
1. How to.............(text1)
Text
2. When do I........(text2)
