How to load a htm file into another htm file (FP 2000) without a hyperlink?

A section of my main htm file may change very often, thus I want to create
and store it separately. How can I make (without a hyperlink) this section
to be loaded automatically when main htm file is called? Can I get some help
with HTML code? Both files will be in the same folder. Let's name main file
A.htm and the file which changes very often, B.htm

Thanks, Virgil

There are two ways to approach this: either make the non-changing parts of
the page separate pages and use FrontPage includes when you publish the page
which you edit frequently, or use frames to display the different pages on
the same screen.

The former is more transparent to the end user, but is quite specific to
FrontPage. (I wound up buying a copy of FrontPage when I inherited a site
built with its unique features.)
