how to load an xml file in vc++ 2005

i am creating an addin for outlook 2007 in vc++ 2005

i have an xml file separately how to load the file into my code...

I know in C# we have to use imported namespaces
system.reflextion,system.io

how to do it with vc++2005..

plz help!!!!
