In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question:
1. Go to the Personal Settings page and click the link to synch tasks with
Outlook. Then download and install the Project Server add-in for Outlook.
2. Launch Outlook and then click Tools - Options - Project Web Access. You
have to select the option at the top of the page to show tasks as
appointments on the Outlook calendar.
