How to load data into excel?

Have you tried Data/Import External Data/New Web Query.

You supply the URL and then select the tables from the web page you want to
import.

When I load following link, it requests for open / save cvs file.
Do you have any suggestions on how to load it without opening or saving any
file?

That link is to a *.csv file. not a data table.

You must find an alternate link to get to the source data for the quote.csv
file.
