How to load form view based on the users sharepoint group

Hello all,

How would I go about changing the users form view based on their
sharepoint group? For example if I had a read-only view named
'readonly' and I wanted to force that view for everyone who is filling
out the form that belongs to the sharepoint group "telecom members"
how would I go about accomplishing this?
