How to load web page into Excel properly?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to load web page into Excel properly?
when I load following page into excel
http://www.hkex.com.hk/futures/futuresdayrpt/dqe090812.htm#HKB

all text is insert into cell A11, I get no idea on how to split them.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

What method are you using to import the page into excel and what info do you
want.
If desired, send your file to my address below along with this msg and
a clear explanation of what you want and before/after examples.

I used copy & paste to get the block staring the ALC and ending with ZJM
into column A
Then I used Data | Text to Column with Fixed specified and got each item in
its own cell
