How to lock resources into 6.5hrs of planned work per day

I'm trying to lock my resources into 6.5 hours of planned work per day so
that when I level the project, it schedule everyone at no more than 6.5 hrs.

I have tried to doing this by setting the max assignment units on every taks
to 81%, however that sets everyone's work day to 6.48hrs which is ugly.
6.5hrs is actually .8125%, however project does not go to decimals for units.

Is there another way to do this? I've dug through "change working time" but
nothing seems to work.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Change working time is definitely the way.
Set Max Units to 100% and the base calendar for your resoruce calendars to
6.5 hrs of working toime per day.
In change working time (you have 2007 I suppose) click Woirk weeks and reset
working times for the 5 working days.
And HIT ENTER before OK (that is a small bug to overcome)

The KEY was hitting "enter" after making changings to the hours per day. I
kept clicking ok and it wouldn't save.
