How to lock scrolling?

I want to lock scrolling, the report created should be viewed as one A4
sheet, users must not see an other area other than my report. How to do this?

You have to do it with code:

Sub SetScrollArea()
Dim WS As Worksheet
Set WS = Worksheets("Sheet1")
WS.ScrollArea = "A1:K20"
End Sub

Change the parameters to meet your needs.

If you prefer not to use VBA you can:
a) Select rows(!) 41->65536 > Right(!) click one of the row numbers > Hide.
b) Select Columns(!) J->AV > Right(!) click one of the columns letters > Hide.
