how to lock the fields

hi,
im a newbie to infopath. can someone help me? i've created a Training
Evaluation Rating Form, it contains texboxes and option buttons.

1. can u help me how to locked all the fields after the data has been
inputted in the form. because what happens to my form is that after it has
been filled out and sent thru email, the form can still be modified. what i
want to happen in the form is that after it has been filled out and sent by
the user, it cannot be modified/ edited. are there other ways to do this
other than putting scripts? Are Rules, ACtions or Conditional Formatting
enough? Can u give me the steps...thanks a lot.

2. i have option buttons 1-4, n/a. i was able to set the disable function,
for example i've chosen 1, the remaining buttons will be disable. but my
problem is that i can no longer change it. i cannot change my initial choice
of number. can u also help me with this.

Hi,

One way is you can use digital signatures to make the form read only.
Move all your fields into one section. Use digital signatures for that
section.

we are still in the process of making forms, maybe we can consider using
digital signatures. but i need to learn how to have it also. thanks for the
idea.
