How to lose missing .dll warning after uninstalled "Hotbar"

I installed then uninstalled a product called "Hotbar." Now I get a warning
that tells me it can't lauch hotbar because of a missing .dll I don't want
hotbar, how do I lose the warning? I tried repairing from the cd.

It sounds like you haven't completly cleaned hotbar off your machine. Do a
search for it in google.
