How to maintain the toolbar button state between two open document

Hello,

I have added my toolbar in MS Office. The toolbar maintains state of button
press in a document. When second document is opened it retains the previous
toolbar values and changing on the second reflects on the first one.

I have use the Active... object to create the toolbar for the open document.
What is the issue here and how can I make it visible for only one document
not for global?

Kindly help me out.
