how to make a calendar

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I want to set up a monthly calendar in words. I think I must do it using 'complex timetables', but how do I make dure the timetable takes the month I want, example january 2010, and consequently adapts the correct dates with days (for ex. January 5th is a Tuesday etc...)

Have you looked at the Calendar templates already in the Project Gallery as
well as those available from Office Online? Most of those on the MS web site
can be used on a Mac as well as a PC.

I have no idea what you mean by "complex timetables" but you'll be working
uphill if you expect to get something to calculate based on dates in a word
processing program.

Will be much easier in Excel.

Could he create the calendar part then use OLE to put in a word Document.

Use Excel for the "working part". There's an example on my personal website
where I customised one of the existing Calendar templates to insert the
"works" as an Excel object so you can do this.
