how to make a clip art bleed when it prints

I have a question and i hope someone can help me with it. I am trying to put
a clip art in the background of my text and i want the clip art to fill the
whole page. But when i look at it on the preview it doesnt extend all the
way to the edges of the paper. i want to know if any one knows how to do it
