How to make a letterhead appear on the head of a new message

Dear everybody,

I have a question pertaining how to create a letterhead on the head of a new
message. I have already knew how to create signature in e-mail and I wonder
whether we can create a letterhead in the middle of the message and each time
we open it, it will be there like the signature.

For example, in a company, they have a logo to represent their entity, so
that they create it in the e-mail and whenever they open the e-mail to
compose, there the logo appears automatically.

And how to do this?

Sounds like 'stationery' - You can find that under Tools, Options, then "Mail
Format, then Stationery Picker - You'll need to create an image template
there then pick it.
