How to make a rule override the junk e-mail filter

P

Outlook 2003 - There is some SPAM that I don't even want to send to the junk
folder; I want to permanently delete it as soon as it is received. I set up
a rule for this; but it seems that the junk mail filter kicks in before my
rule and the objectionable stuff ends up in the Junk E-Mail folder. How can
I get my rule to precede Outlook's junk filter or get my rule to operate on
the Junk E-mail folder instead of the Inbox folder? Note that I don't want
ALL of the junk e-mail permanently deleted, just the ones that conform to my
rule.
