How to make a task to continue untill the end of the project?

I need to creat a Manager Task that will keep alive from the
start until the end of the project.

I can creat it, but if I change any date or durating of any other
tasks (increasing the duration, for exemple), the manager task
continue during the initial quantite of time. There is something that
I can do to link the end date of a task (in this case the manager
task) with other task?

For exemple, in Excel I would use: "MT = ED" where MT is the date of
the Manager Task and ED is the End Date of the linked task.
