How to make all the menus in office 2003 blue?

Hi installed office 2003 all was good it had that blue theme where all the
menu bars and menus are blue. I ran office update and they all went boring
white. Any one know why and how to change it back?

No, Office uses Windows themes - there is no separate theme for Office.
