How to make chart

Hi

I'm doing an assignment, and need to make a chart, that looks
something like this:

I need to plot in the different tasks according to start and end time
af each task. I would prefer if I'm able to put more than one task in
each line, since something needs to be repeated.

Is this possible in Excel? If not, does anybody know of any other
program that can make this kind af chart?
