how to make ........ even after a title in a cell?

I am creating a table and want to put ................ to the end of the cell
and want it to be even in viewing and printing.
i.e.: [see below...I copied from the cells]

Criteria Design Compliance…………………………………………..
VE Review………………………………………………………………
GMP/Bid Review……………………………………………………….
Contract Negotiations…………………………………………………

This will to column width.

If you would want to fill the cell with dots for *text only*,
allowing the regular entry of numbers, try this custom format:
