How to make Excel More Interactive and Dynamic

I would like to add a ticker or news scrollbar to my excel sheet,
allowing the user to click on the link and be directed to the content
they clicked on. I need to make the excel sheet more interactive it
is boring as a static report and I would like to deliver a more
dynamic and interactive report? Thanks in advance for any help or
advice.

If you are using XL 2002 or later version then consider "Smart Tags".
Do a search in Excel help under that subject.
