How to make "gutters" appear in the middle using Print View - 2-up ???

We are prepairing a file to be printed (on both sides of the paper)
and bound...

We have gutters setup and margins.

When we view the file with Word... 2 pages at a time (2-up)... in
print view...
the gutters appear on the outside of the pages...

When we PDF the file it looks correct (gutters in the middle)
When we print it to paper it is correct.

The Question: How can we view the file on screen in Word while we are
editing it and have
the "Gutters" appear in the middle of the two pages... where they
belong?

Print Preview does not display *facing* pages unless you have enabled either
"Mirror margins" or "Different odd and even" headers/footers.

Hi all -
I have a document with 5 sections, the last of which is landscape. I would
like mirror margins only for the 4 portrait sections, and set it as such
(with Different Odd and Even Pages" checked as well. Problem is that this
setting applies to *all* sections even if I set it only at the individual
section level. I have also tried "turning it off" by going to the Landscape
section and unchecking these settings and applying to "This Point Forward"
only. Still no luck, Word (2003) applied the settings to the entire doc...
Any suggestions? I am wondering if a) its a bug or b) if I need to use a
different Section Break setting (right now, all are "New Page")

I know that unlike "Different first page," the "Different odd and even"
setting can be applied only to the entire document, not just selected
sections. I suspect the same is true of "Mirror margins." When you select
either of these, Word assumes that you will be duplexing the document, and
it does everything in its power to make sure this will work correctly.

But having "Mirror margins" enabled doesn't mean that you have to have
*different* left/right margins; you can set them the same for that given
section (and in fact, you'll probably want to, since they are, in effect,
your top and bottom margins). Similarly, you don't have to have different
odd and even headers even though this option is enabled; you can copy/paste
the Odd Page Header into the Even Page Header in a single section in order
to keep them the same.
