How to make Mailing Labels from a Worksheet?

I have a mailing list that has been downloaded into a tab-delimited excel worksheet. I am wondering what is the easiest way to convert this list into a mailing label set up and then print the addresses onto my mailing labels.

I am new to this, could you be a bit more specific? with the instructions? I did try this before and seem to get no where. I cannot seem to get the records in etc. I get confused and nothing seems to work.

Do the merge in Word using the Excel file as the data source. See Word Help
on labels & post back with any specific questions.
