How to make multiple department scurity step by step in project server 2002

Department A have two project ie:. PrjDeptA1, PrjDeptA2
and Department B have 3 project ie: PrjDeptB1, PrjDept2,
PrjDept3.
how make scurity step by step for Project Manager in
Department A do not have see project in Department B. and
also Project manager in Department B do not have see
project in department A ie:prjDeptA1, PrjDeptA2
or Project Manager Department A just seeing for their
project ie:prjDeptA1, PrjDeptA2 and Project Manager
Department B just view : PrjDeptB1, PrjDept2, PrjDept3.
