How to make one paragraph style stop depending on another

I have a paragraph style Bullet2, defined as Bullet plus a left
indent. If I modify Bullet, Bullet2 also changes. This is because
Bullet2 gets its format settings from Bullet. Is there a way to have
these settings hard coded into Bullet2 so that it no longer looks to
Bullet, thus allowing me to change Bullet without changing Bullet2?
