How to make Outlook 2002 open on secondary monitor

I use a dual monitor setup with WinXP Pro and Outlook 2002. Outlook always
opens on the primary monitor and then has to be moved over to the secondary
monitor. Other applications can be forced to open on the secondary monitor,
but Outlook refuses. Is there a registry entry that is required? Simply
moving it, maximizing the window, and closing Outlook is not sufficient. It
still opens on the primary monitor. I know it can be done. What am I
missing?
