I have a dialing program that can run another program each time Internet
connection is established. I use this feature to run Outlook to perform
Send/Receive process immediately after starting ("Schedule an automatic
send/receive" option is enabled). It works perfectly when no Outlook instance
is already running, but when it is, no Send/Receive process is performed (as
well as no command-line switch is processed). Any suggestions on how to make
Outlook perform Send/Receive command without having to end running Outlook
instance (when Outlook is started from another program)?
